Hello track children! Here we go again...

Listen to announcements tomorrow. Weather permitting we will have track. Perhaps we can do some drills in the gym. I would have to check with the 7/8 building secretaries. Hope you guys have been practicing your breathing and form exercises. Those of you that decided to not participate in track please let me know so I can shred the form. I will call you guys or email you to find out if you are still in. Saturday practice I would really like everyone to be there by 9 on the dot. Warm up run the kunkle followed by a stretch. Short distance kids warm up is to run the track twice. We will look into other track and field events you may also be interested in.
