I am really proud of all of my athletes. They all improved their times and I am looking forward to next year. Those of you who wish to get together this summer to work on your skills please keep looking for updates on this blog.
Those of you that decide not to work on your techniques this summer or decide track is not your thing, I wish you all a your future endeavors.
